
Our work is confidential, and you choose what you want to talk about. As a Person-Centred therapist, I believe that you are the expert in your own experience, I accept you for who you are and welcome whatever you bring to therapy. I’ll be by your side, working to create the best environment to support you in your process. I want to help you feel safe exploring whatever has brought you to our sessions. We can meet weekly, or fortnightly.
My clients have any differing intersections, with a variety of lived experiences. I have extensive experience working with clients across the gender spectrum, sexual and relationship diversity, supporting therapeutic clients who are trans, cis, queer, neurodivergent, kinksters, poly and ethically non-monogamous.
